Uptime monitoring for websites and APIs, with SSL and domain expiry tracking, public status pages, and alerts that reach you before your clients notice.

SaaS Laravel Livewire Tailwind

Overview

Barkme watches HTTP endpoints on a 30-second to one-minute interval and tells you the moment something stops answering. The pitch is simple: bark me when a site goes down, before your clients notice.

Monitoring goes past a plain ping. Barkme tracks SSL certificate expiry and warns at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days out, and it watches domain registration expiry too — the two outages that are entirely preventable and still take teams by surprise. Monitors are grouped into projects, and every incident is logged so you can see the history rather than just the current state.

Alerts go to email, Slack, Telegram or a webhook. The Linear and Trello integrations go a step further and open a ticket when a monitor fails, then close it when the service recovers, so an outage lands in the tracker your team already works from.

Status pages are public and can live on a Barkme subdomain or on your own domain, with DNS-based ownership verification. There is a free tier covering one domain and three monitors, with paid plans for agencies and teams running more.

Much of the plumbing is open source and published separately: laravel-ssl-keeper reads certificate expiry, laravel-domain-keeper handles registrar expiry over RDAP with a WHOIS fallback, laravel-domain-verifier does the DNS ownership checks, and the Slack, Telegram, Linear and Trello clients each ship as their own Laravel package.
